As a Window Washing Supervisor, you will oversee and participate in the cleaning and maintenance of windows throughout the property, ensuring high standards of appearance, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role combines hands-on window cleaning with leadership responsibilities, including supervising a small team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the window washing team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring work quality.
• Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
• Perform hands-on window cleaning, including removal of streaks, smudges, and dirt using appropriate tools, solutions, and methods.
• Conduct inspections to ensure completed work meets cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks completed, supplies used, and any issues encountered.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including ladder and lift operation guidelines.
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting repairs or replacements as needed.
• Assist with additional housekeeping tasks when required, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Coordinate work to minimize disruption to guests and operations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Be able to carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a day
• Able to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Rate of Pay: $22.00/hour
