Housekeeping Supervisor

Full-Time | Hotel Operations | Leadership Opportunity

Join Our Leadership Team!

Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and bringing out the best in your team? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our hotel housekeeping operations and ensure every guest room and public space reflects the high standards our guests expect.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of the hotel's daily operation—leading Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants while ensuring guestrooms are clean, inspected, properly maintained, and ready to welcome our guests.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the floor, leading a team, solving problems, and seeing the results of their work every day. You'll coordinate daily assignments, inspect guestrooms and public areas, monitor room readiness, address maintenance concerns, and work closely with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and other hotel departments to keep operations moving smoothly.

Most importantly, we're looking for a leader who knows that great housekeeping is about more than a clean room. It's about creating an environment where employees feel supported, standards are consistently upheld, and guests feel the difference.

If you're a strong communicator who can motivate a team, maintain high standards, and lead by example in a fast-paced hotel environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll provide hands-on leadership and oversight of daily housekeeping operations while ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and assigned hotel spaces consistently meet expectations for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Maintain Exceptional Room Standards

  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed guestrooms before they are released for sale

  • Ensure guestrooms meet established standards for cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and safety

  • Inspect beds, bathrooms, floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, windows, guest amenities, and overall room presentation

Lead, Coach & Develop the Team

  • Provide daily direction, support, and hands-on leadership to housekeeping team members

  • Train employees on housekeeping procedures, service expectations, and hotel standards

  • Coach team members on cleanliness, productivity, attendance, safety, and guest service

  • Recognize strong performance and provide constructive feedback when improvement is needed

  • Assist management with performance evaluations and disciplinary documentation as appropriate

  • Ensure team members consistently meet uniform, grooming, sanitation, and safety expectations

  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional communication throughout the department

Partner Across Hotel Operations

  • Identify maintenance concerns during guestroom and public-area inspections

  • Submit accurate work orders and follow up to ensure repairs are completed

  • Escalate urgent or guest-impacting maintenance concerns to Engineering and management

  • Verify repairs have been completed before guestrooms are released

  • Monitor recurring maintenance concerns and communicate trends to management

  • Maintain strong communication with Front Office, Engineering, Security, and other hotel departments to support smooth daily operations

Help ensure hotel public spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the day, including:
